Payment Option |
Credit Cards
We are currently accepting Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American
Express.
By making payments with a Credit Card, you give INOSH the
authorization to charge your credit card for the total amount of your
order, which includes shipping and handling and any applicable sales
tax. Your credit card will be charged when your order is processed.
Paypal
For your convenience, we are also accepting Paypal as an additional
payment option. You may log into your Paypal account directly to pay
through your Paypal account. It's just as simple and secured.
Electronic Checks
Payments will be made directly from your checking account. Please allow
5 business days for processing from the day the order is processed.
Money Orders & Cashier's checks
Money orders and cashier's checks are welcomed. To ensure our customer's
security, we are currently unable to accept personal checks, cash or
CODs. Please make all checks, money orders payable to INOSH
International, Inc. along with a printed confirmation page or receipt
and mail it to:

Please allow 5-10 business days for check processing after receipt. We will notify you through every step of the way. Upon clearance of the check, we will ship out your order. Note
that checks issued outside of California may require more time to
process.

Sales Tax |
A sales tax of 7.75% is added to all orders shipped to California
addresses. Sales tax is not charged on shipments to gift recipients
outside California.

Order Confirmation & Receipt |
When you click on the "Submit Order" button on the final page of
checkout, you will automatically be taken to a page summarizing your
order. You may print out that page as a confirmation receipt. You will
receive an email confirmation of your order within the hour of placing
the order. If you have already placed the order and did not get a
receipt, please email us at
service@inoshonline.com with your name, order #, phone #, and/or
shipping address. We will send a copy of your order receipt to you
promptly.
Order By Phone
If you prefer to place your order over the phone or do not have access
to a computer, we can either fax or mail the receipt to you.

Returns & Exchanges |
Here at INOSH, we want you not just enjoy the shopping experience,
but also enjoy the quality of our products. If your order is damaged or
lost during shipping/handling by the selected shipping carrier, don't hesitate to contact us within 30 days from the date of purchase in original
condition with all packaging intact for an order exchange or
refund. Other returns are only accepted if the order & products are
returned in an unused condition. If you would like to cancel
the order for any reason, you may cancel the order only if the order has
not been shipped out. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
issued by INOSH must accompany all returns. We may not accept your
returns without the RMA #. To request for a return, please email us at
service@inoshonline.com
along with your name, order #, phone # and address. All returns must be
shipped freight prepaid. For the security of your return, please ship
your return with an insured courier (FedEX, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and
keep your receipt. INOSH is not responsible for items damaged or
lost in transit.
After receiving your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number,
please write your RMA number clearly on the return label and outside of
the packaging box, then return the item in all original packaging to:

We are accepting orders from international customers. Payment must be
made with International Money Order or Wire Transfers. Please email us
with your international address at

may give you a shipping quote.
